After four and one-half years the Chumash Casino has come back to the boxing business.
Thursday night up-and-coming Ishe "Sugar Shay" Smith of Las Vegas will take on former champ Randall Bailey in a welterweight fight broadcasted nationally by Showtime.
Smith, 13-0 with seven KO's, is from Las Vegas. He won three fights in 2003 and his promotional team is building him up, and getting him TV time, as a prospective star.
