Dover Downs Gaming and Entertainment Inc. reported Thursday that the company made $4.1 million, or 15 cents a share, in the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, down 4 percent from the same quarter in the year before. Gross revenues for the company were $51.3 million, almost flat from the $51.6 million it earned in the fourth quarter of 2002. The company said that it had a 5 percent decrease in gaming revenues in the quarter, which was offset by increases related to higher hotel occupancy.

"The dealer thought something wasn't right, but he couldn't prove they were fake," Landrum said.
