The Menomonee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin revived plans to open a casino at Dairyland Greyhound Park in Kenosha after a developer exercised exclusive rights to acquire the track and its assets for $40.5 million.

The plans include the development of a Class III gaming facility, which will include slot machines, blackjack, craps, roulette, poker and other table games. The tribe plans to keep the greyhound racetrack and pari-mutuel wagering on simulcast racing in operation.
