Horseshoe Reimbursement Agreement - 2004-02-13
The Binion's family casino, The Horseshoe, shut down last month; putting close to a thousand employees out of work. The casino is offering to reimburse some of those former employees for "out of pocket" medical expenses. But the way the agreement reads, the employees also surrender
some of their rights.
The letter has been sent to former, non-union Binion employees urging them to fill out reimbursement paperwork "immediately", by "February 20th", that it's "very important" to file soon.
