Snohomish letting things go too far - 2004-02-16
I thought there was a casino going in on Avenue D one night while driving to Snohomish High! What a terrible sign the Kla Ha Ya Village people (are you from the '70s?) put up to advertise Starbucks, a liquor store and a doctor's office. I had no problems with Gilpin's sign and even the Hub's is fine since there is only one color involved, but bright pink and blue? Please! The last thing this town needs is that sort of advertising.

I am disappointed in the city for letting this go so far. I agree that Snohomish could use more revenue, but not at the expense of the integrity of the city.
