Donald Trump, the man, is on top of the world, but Trump the businessman isn't looking nearly as great
as Trump the celebrity TV star. On the plus side according to Fortune magazine is his top-rated NBC TV show "The Apprentice."

On the plus side according to Trump, he's building seven new skyscrapers, producing beauty pageants
and building three elaborate new golf courses in Westchester, N.Y., New Jersey and south of L.A.

He's also peddling Trump Ice, a new brand of bottled water, and has just collected a reported $5 million advance for a new book, "How to Get Rich: Lessons from 'The Apprentice' and Other Big Deals."

On the not-so-plus side, however, is the performance of Trump's one publicly held company - the casino business.

By the end of next year, Blue Chip Casino will have a new, huge vessel floating in the waters of Trail Creek.

The approximately $100 million expansion, which includes a new boat and enlarged land-based facilities, reflects Blue Chip’s economic success in recent years, Boyd Gaming Corp. spokesman Rob Stillwell said Tuesday. Boyd is the parent company of Blue Chip.

To make room for the new boat, the 46,000-square-foot existing boat will be moved upstream to be used for conferences and other purposes, Michigan City Mayor Chuck Oberlie said.
