Ex-veteran's organization president accused of fraud - 2004-02-27
The ex-state president of the Vietnam Veterans of America is charged with pocketing over $46,000 from the nonprofit organization.
The arrest warrant affidavit alleges Frederick informed investigators he had lost his job and required the funds to make ends meet. He later allegedly admitted taking personal trips to Foxwoods Resort Casino, Arizona, Nevada and Texas, the affidavit states.
