Tribe's Casino Plans Uncertain - 2004-02-09
Although the Cowlitz Tribe is rumored to be planning a casino in north Clark County, the tribe's intentions for a 150 acre site by LaCenter are still unknown even as a key meeting with county officials approaches Tuesday. The county still has not seen a development proposal for the tribe.

"All we know is the tribe will build something for the economic benefit of the tribe," Mary Keltz, administrative assistant for the Clark County commissioners, said last week.
