Nearby Casino Site Has Toxic Waste? - 2004-03-09
A Rohnert Park coalition against a proposed Indian casino is declaring that property on or close to the casino site west of Rohnert Park may be contaminated with lead and unexploded ordnance from a neighboring World War II U.S. Navy airfield.

Board Chairman Mike Reilly stated that the board regards the 320-acre site as unsuitable for the hotel and casino and he request the county administrator's office to confer with county public health officials to decide if a public notification is required.

Gold Reef Casino Resorts shows financial gain - 2004-03-09
Listed gaming and resorts group Gold Reef Casino Resorts (GDF) has indicated a 29.4% increase in headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the year to end-December 2003, to 65.1 cents from 50.3 cents a year earlier.

CAI Gold Reef Management, which holds one theme park and five casino management deals, had also continued to perform well, creating solid cash flows over the year.
