Two taken into custody in NLV bar robbery - 2004-03-09
An armed man held up a bar Monday at the Fort Cheyenne Casino in North Las Vegas, police reported.
Ernest Houston, 22, and Lamar Harvey, 33, were immediately taken into custody.

The robbery took place at rpughly 2:30 a.m. at the casino at 2418 E. Cheyenne Ave. Officer Tim Bedwell, spokesman for North Las Vegas Police, stated Harvey acted as the lookout for Houston, who purportedly held a gun on a bartender.

Tickets currently available for Rotary's Casino Fun Night - 2004-03-09
The Beaver Dam Rotary Club is currently selling tickets for the annual Casino Fun Night planned April 3 at 7 p.m. at Old Hickory Country Club.

Casino Fun Night tickets are $30 each or two for $50 and may be bought at M&I Bank, Lidtke Motors or from any Beaver Dam Rotary member. On admission, every ticket holder will be issued $1,500 of play money to be used at the gaming tables and will have the chance to enjoy free appetizers and win great prizes, including a voyage for two to LasVegas.
