Canadians wary of online casinos - 2005-03-08
Over half of Canadians think that playing Internet poker for cash is unacceptable. This conclusion was reached after a new Decima poll obtained by The Canadian Press.

Fifty-six per cent were opposed to such a pastime, one-quarter had no problem with it, and the rest fell somewhere in middle as undecided.

Jowell to Bar 'Trickery' in New Super-Casinos - 2005-03-08
Britain’s new type of super-casinos are to be prohibited from using US-style psychological trickery to encourage punters to bet more. This was all said in a statement by Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell today.

Casinos in Las Vegas and other US gambling resorts often use tricks like removing clocks from gaming halls or simulating daylight during night-time to trick players into staying at the tables and at the slot machines.
